We hope everyone is having a great 2026! We look forward to serving as your OWCA Board.

Below is important information about the OWCA Board’s plans for this year.

Events:
Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is held each fall in October. We are also seeking new board members for 2027. Please let us know if you are interested by emailing oldwesthamboard@gmail.com!

  • The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, at 6:00 PM, at Terri and Rich Crawford’s home.

Fall Party will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 5-7:00 PM, at Terri and Rich Crawford’s home.

  • The Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 PM during the Fall Party.

OWCA Spring Party. We will hold our annual Spring Party in April at the Kanawha Recreation Association Pavilion. Additional communications will follow.

Projects:

Beautification. In 2025-2026, the OWCA contributed to and completed beautification projects throughout the neighborhood in conjunction with the Westham Garden Club and Henrico County. Please contact or email Terri Crawford if you have suggestions for the beautification of OldW. As always, we appreciate your input!

Don’t Forget To Pay Your Dues

Last year, 160 households contributed, which is in line with the past few years and a little over half of the households in our footprint. Let’s get this number up in 2026!

  • We are accepting annual dues for 2026. The Board has set dues at $75. Dues are used primarily for the maintenance of Westham Parkway (aeration, seeding, treatments, tree replacements)
  • other improvements to the neighborhood’s common areas
  • social events
  • charitable donations to the Tuckahoe Rescue Squad

Ways to Pay your Dues: $75.00

    • Checks payable to Old Westham Civic Association and mailed to our treasurer, Michael Larkum, at 412 Westham Parkway, Henrico, VA 23229.
    • Pay online at https://oldwestham.square.site *There is a service fee of $2.00 to pay online -Total $77.00
    • OWCA dues can be paid at the Spring and Fall neighborhood parties.
