2026 Dues

The Old Westham Civic Association Board strives to promote the welfare and beautification of Old Westham and, when possible, to bring together neighbors through special events.

Your annual dues of $75 are vital to maintaining and improving the common areas in Old Westham and help to fund neighborhood activities and charitable donations.

The following are some items that the civic association is responsible for:

  • Westham Parkway median aeration, seeding, and treatments
  • Westham Sign lighting, mulching, and weeding
  • Improvements and maintenance of 4 additional common areas
  • Neighborhood Social Events
  • Charitable Donations
  • Website
  • Coordination with the County of Henrico for the Westham Parkway and common areas

Dues: The association is accepting dues of $75 for calendar year 2026.
